SKIN TIMELINE MAPPING™
TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CLIENT AGREEMENT

By purchasing or participating in Skin Timeline Mapping™, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
Skin Timeline Mapping™ is a one-time virtual skincare consultation and educational service provided by EsthiBestie™.
Services may include a review of client-submitted skincare information and photographs, a 45-minute virtual consultation, an evaluation of existing skincare products, and a personalized skincare routine with suggested milestones.
All services are provided within the applicable professional scope of esthetics.
2. Professional Scope & Medical Disclaimer
EsthiBestie™ provides cosmetic skincare education and guidance. Services do not constitute medical care, medical diagnosis, prescription treatment, or dermatological treatment.
EsthiBestie™ does not diagnose or treat medical skin conditions or prescribe medications.
Clients experiencing persistent, severe, unusual, or medically concerning skin symptoms may be advised to consult a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional.
EsthiBestie™ reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or refer a consultation when a client’s needs fall outside the provider’s professional scope. Any applicable refund will be handled according to the cancellation and refund terms and applicable law.
3. Client Responsibility & Disclosure
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to their skincare consultation, including known allergies, sensitivities, current skincare products, relevant treatments, and skin concerns.
Recommendations are developed using the information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for following product instructions, observing their skin’s response, and discontinuing products that cause irritation or adverse reactions.
Clients should seek appropriate medical assistance for concerning reactions.
4. Results & Expectations
Skin responses vary based on individual characteristics, product use, consistency, environmental factors, and other circumstances.
EsthiBestie™ does not guarantee specific skincare results, improvements within a particular timeframe, or the elimination of any skin concern.
Skin Timeline Maps are educational recommendations and suggested milestones, not guarantees of results.
5. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.
Skin Timeline Mapping™ is a one-time service and does not automatically enroll clients in a recurring membership or subscription.
Payment covers the services expressly listed in the purchased package. Additional consultations, ongoing routine adjustments, and services outside the original package require a separate purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their consultation once without an additional fee by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund if no individualized service work has begun.
If individualized work has already begun, EsthiBestie™ may retain a reasonable amount reflecting services actually performed, to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a reasonable cancellation fee, up to the amount paid for the consultation, where permitted by law.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on availability.
If EsthiBestie™ cancels an appointment, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or an appropriate refund.
7. Intake Forms & Client Photographs
Clients must complete the required intake form and submit requested photographs at least 48 hours before their scheduled consultation.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay the service.
Submitted photographs are used solely for the purposes described in the applicable privacy policy and client consent.
EsthiBestie™ will not use identifiable client photographs for public marketing, testimonials, social media, or promotional materials without separate, express permission.
Clients acknowledge that virtual photographs may not accurately represent all skin characteristics due to lighting, camera quality, and image resolution.
8. Product Recommendations & Purchases
Skincare product recommendations may include products sold by EsthiBestie™ or products from other retailers.
Clients are not required to purchase products from EsthiBestie™ to receive or benefit from Skin Timeline Mapping™.
Product purchases are separate from consultation fees.
EsthiBestie™ does not guarantee the effectiveness or suitability of any particular cosmetic product for every individual.
9. Communication & Follow-Up
The service includes the consultation and deliverables specifically described at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly included in the purchased package, Skin Timeline Mapping™ does not include unlimited messaging, ongoing accountability check-ins, additional consultations, or continuing skincare management.
Client communications should occur through EsthiBestie’s designated business communication channels.
10. Delivery of Your Skin Timeline Map
Following completion of the consultation and receipt of all required client information, EsthiBestie™ will provide the written Skin Timeline Map within five business days.
Clients will be notified of any unexpected delay and offered an appropriate resolution.
11. Digital Materials & Intellectual Property
Skin Timeline Maps, educational guides, worksheets, and other original materials supplied by EsthiBestie™ are intended for the purchasing client’s personal use.
Clients may save and print their materials for personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit them without written authorization.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EsthiBestie™ is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete client disclosures, misuse of products, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or actions taken contrary to professional recommendations.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits applicable consumer rights, or releases EsthiBestie™ from responsibility for its own unlawful conduct or negligence where such a release is prohibited.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information will be collected, used, stored, and retained in accordance with EsthiBestie’s published Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Reasonable safeguards will be used to protect client information. No electronic communication or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Clients may contact EsthiBestie™ using the contact information provided on its website regarding privacy questions or requests.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing Skin Timeline Mapping™ and submitting the required intake form, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

I understand the nature and limitations of Skin Timeline Mapping™, the payment and cancellation policies, and my responsibilities as a client.
I understand that skincare results are not guaranteed and that EsthiBestie™ does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
I consent to the review of my submitted skincare information and photographs for the purpose of providing this service.
